Some Landlord’s will feel they are not getting the personal service and attention to detail that they were promised by their current property manager and that their asset is not being looked after as well as it should be. Many put off changing agents as they find the prospect of transferring their property and tenant too daunting.

With PV Property Letting’s agent transfer service we organise everything for you whilst you have tenants in situ, depending on the lease in place.

This service is free of charge and you don’t have to do anything. Just let us know you would like to switch and we will handle the rest.
We will;

• Liaise fully with your current agent to obtain all relevant documentation and keys relating to the property and tenancy.
• Collect the keys on your behalf
• Meet up with your tenants to explain the process and to introduce ourselves.
• Arrange a seamless transition of rent payments between your agent, tenant and us.
• Thoroughly inspect the property and provide you with a detailed report of the current condition, informing you of any maintenance issues where necessary.
• Organise the transfer of the tenant’s deposit to the tenancy deposit scheme we use.
