Our competitive fee structure (with no vat on any of our fees) varies with the different services we offer. With both the Full Management and Let Only services nothing has to be paid until the property is let and the tenant's 1st months rent and deposit is paid.
In addition to this we can offer more specific services which include Advertising Only, Lease Only and Safety Certificate provision.
